Initiative Description: The Fluoride Rinse Programme. Each child in the program rinses once every 2 weeks for 2 min during the school terms, equivalent to approximately 20 rinses per year.
Study Results: Decreased decayed, missing and filled permanent teeth (where decayed teeth are those with dental caries into the dentine at the D3 threshold of detection of disease).
