STEPs Framework

Initiative Description: STEPs framework interventions coordinated and delivered by a single full-time employee with 15 years of experience operating YMCA in one academic year.

Study Results: The statistically significant intent-to-treat change observed was for time spent sedentary, with both boys and girls reducing the overall amount of time spent sedentary by −4.3 and −3.3 min/day, respectively.
