Healthy ONES Program
Initiative Description: Ensure student access to healthy foods and restriction of unhealthy foods by implementing the Healthy Options for Nutrition Environments (Healthy ONES) program which includes the elimination of unhealthy foods and beverages on campus, exclusive use of nonfood rewards, unhealthy foods and beverages from home now allowed, fundraising with nonfood activities, stopped sale of competitive foods during school meals, and advertising
Study Results: Decreased consumption of outside food and beverage items.
