Initiative Description: The use of school-wide positive behavior supports, a program consisting of clear communication of expectations, positive reinforcement for good behavior, and scaffolded, clearly communicated consequences.

Study Results: Improved academic achievement and reduced the number of teacher discipline referrals and student suspensions.
