Resourceful Adolescent Program
Initiative Description: Resourceful Adolescent Program – Adolescents (11 session school based resilience building program as part of the school curriculum) and Resourceful Adolescent Program – Family (same as above but also includes 3 parent sessions).
Study Results: Resulted in significantly lower levels of depressive symptomology and hopelessness at post-intervention and 10 month follow-up.
