Teen Outreach Program

Initiative Description: 9-month intervention teaching social and emotional skills through curriculum and service learning during social studies class periods once a week (45–60 min sessions) across the entire school year (32 weeks).

Study Results: Statistically significant reductions in failing grades and skipping classes compared with the comparison group.
