Initiative Description: Classes and individual online counseling for over 3 times. The curriculum mainly addressed depression knowledge (the causes, early signs and symptoms, diagnosis, and treatments), self-evaluation (exploring one’s life experience, insight gaining), coping strategies for prevention of depression (self-help behaviors, find individual strength and connect it with a special activity) and individual online counseling as a follow-up support system, etc.

Study Results: Reduced depression symptoms.
