Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction
Initiative Description: 8-week course for teachers that included guided practice (2.5 hrs/week) of mindful meditation by instructors, and daily individual practice for 15-45 minutes. Participants were also provided with guided recordings to support their individual practice.
Study Results: Reduced teacher stress and reduced depression symptoms.
