Initiative Description: The program activities were teacher-initiated and conducted in the classroom through 7 modules. Module 3 focused on physical activity and fitness. Students learn about the F.I.T.T. (Frequency, Intensity, Time, and Technique) principles, how to design a basic workout routine, and how to incorporate physical activity into their daily routine
Study Results: Notable increases in the consumption of fruits and vegetables and increased PA levels in the intervention group.
