Initiative Description:An 18-week cross-curricular physical activity intervention. Each participant performed two intervention lessons per week. This was in addition to two regular physical education lessons (60 minutes’ duration)

Study Results: Reduced waist circumference, SBP, triglycerides, and HDL-C.
