Initiative Description: A fully implemented TUPE program consists of three components: (1) establishment and enforcement of tobacco-free campus policies, (2) participation in the California Healthy Kids Survey (CHKS), and (3) provision of evidence-based educational curricula for tobacco-use prevention and cessation.
