Initiative Description: The gratitude intervention was based on self-reflection for enhanced self-awareness that involved participants keeping a log of three good things that happened to them during the week, and recording them using a count-your-blessings form. The were then asked to reflect on these good things using three Naikan-meditation-like questions

Study Results: Increased life satisfaction and increased positive affect.
