The B. Foundations Course
Initiative Description: The B. Foundations course from the Mindfulness in Schools Project included weekly 75-minute modules on focusing on attention to body (e.g., body scan), attention to thoughts (e.g., session four “Stepping Back from Thoughts & Worries), cultivation of self-compassion, as well as modules tailored more specifically for teachers (e.g., “All work and no play?”).
Study Results: Reduced teacher stress and increased well-being.
