Teacher Stress Inoculation Intervention
Initiative Description: Intervention consists of eight phases: relationship building and education, data collection and integration, cognitive concepts, skills acquisition, palliative coping, cognitive structure and process, self reward/self efficacy statements, generalization and maintenance) or the Coping Skills Intervention (consisting of an education phase, cognitive restructuring, assertiveness training, proggressive relaxation training, autogenic training, and physical exercise.
Study Results: Reduced teacher stress, reduced level of perceived illness symptoms.
