Initiative Description: A schoolwide capacity building strategy that attempts to positively influence the educational and workforce trajectory for all students through engagement, academic performance, and career exploration with the use of take home newsletter and career based lessons.
Study Results: Improved school climate. Students in the treatment schools reported significantly higher levels of school valuing than students in the control schools, and students reporting greater career-relevant instruction indicated significantly higher levels of school engagement and valuing.
