The Learning to BREATHE mindfulness program

Initiative Description: The program included lessons on body awareness, understanding and working with thoughts, understanding the working with feelings, integrating the awareness of thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations, and reducing harmful self-judgments, and integrating mindful awareness into daily life.

Study Results: Statistically lower levels of perceived stress and psychosomatic complaints and higher levels of efficacy in affective regulation.
