Initiative Description: Implement Community Approach to Learning Mindfully (CALM) for educators: sessions included gentle yoga and mindfulness practices (i.e., breathing exercise, posture practice, meditation focused on relaxation, self-care, gratitude, and loving-kindness, sharing experiences with colleagues, personal practice outside of group sessions, self-regulation skills).
