All Stars Challenge
Initiative Description: The intervention consisted of structured Weekly activities designed to help students understand social norms for getting along socially. “Teams” of students were assigned on a rotating basis for another team to observe. They were instructed to identify positive and negative behaviors according to the list of rules they had agreed to.
Study Results:There were positive outcomes attributable to All Stars Challenge for high-risk students for overall risk status, for reduced shyness, and for increased awareness of social norms.
