AFA Breathing
Initiative Description: Breath was based on different elements such as stretching and pressure, motion sequence, breath space work, and source of tension within the breath. The breath therapy exercises are repetitive, and the relationship of body movement and patterns of breath regarding teachers working situation would be an important experience to prevent burnout. Therapy lasted a total of 11 weeks, with weekly group therapy for the first eight weeks, followed by three weeks of individual breathing sessions.
