Initiative Description: The Steps to Respect (STR) Program included 11 semiscripted skills lessons focusing on social-emotional skills for positive peer relations, emotion management, and how to appropriately handle bullying.

Study Results: Psychosocial climate was related to reductions in bullying-related attitudes and behaviors.
