Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

Initiative Description: Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction: 8-week course for teachers that included guided practice (2.5 hrs/week) of mindful meditation by instructors, and individual practice for 15-45 minutes. Participants were also provided with guided recordings to support their individual practice.

Study Results: Reduced burnout, Increased self-compassion, Improved classroom organization.
