COPE Healthy TEEN program
Initiative Description: The COPE Healthy TEEN program is based on the Cognitive Behavioural Theory (CBT). Each session of the program began with a review of the content from the previous session and included approximately 10-15 minutes of physical activity which was not exercise training. Also, case-based examples were used inall sessions to highlight the concept and enhance learningof behavioural skills
Study Results: Increased daily step count. Increased daily fruit and vegetable consumption and the daily quantity of water ingested.
