Initiative Description: Each intervention session lasted approximately 50 minutes and consisted of a 5-to-10-minute warm-up, 35-to-40-minute main part, and five-minute cool-down. During the warm-up the students performed low-to-moderate aerobic activities followed by some joint mobility and stretching exercises of the main body parts
