Initiative Description:School Nurse Case Management on Asthma Control in School-Aged Children.

Study Results: Parents who perceived greater positive impact on their daily lives were more apt to make changes. The more encounters the parent had with the nurse, the more knowledgeable the parent became and thus a greater chance for behavioral change.
