The Baltimore Experience Corps

Initiative Description: During the course of the Baltimore Experience Corps trial, a total of 25 Baltimore City public elementary schools were enrolled in the 2-year study in four waves across the 2006–2007 to 2010–2011 academic years. The current analyses relied on school climate data collected during the first 2 years of Experience Corps participation, depending on the academic year in which the school was enrolled in the program. GHCC was responsible for all pre-service and in-service training sessions and day-to-day administration of the intervention.

Study Results: Improved classroom quality/climate.
