Initiative Description: Incorporating 10-min Classroom Physical Activity Breaks for three days during a one-week intervention. Twenty-four-hour accelerometry was used to quantify moderate and vigorous physical activity.
Study Results: Modest increase in VPA in elementary school, but did not increase MVPA across the rest of the day.
