Initiative Description: Teachers were instructed to continue their typical teaching practices during baseline. Baseline data was used to aid teachers in selected appropriate intervention for each student. During the intervention phase, plan evaluation meetings between teacher and research staff were held every other week to review student progress. Data was collected via observation of intervention sessions. The Teacher to Teacher Consultation procedure (TTC) procedure was able to maintain the behavioral gains over 2 years.

Study Results: Improved on-task behavior, reduced off-task behavior.
