Initiative Description: Participating schools were part of a larger project assessing the longitudinal implementation of SWPBIS. The current ample included all regular schools with discipline data available from the School-Wide Information System (SWIS), a web-based data management system for implementation of SWPBIS. Schools that had implemented SWPBIS for >3 years had higher achievement in mathematics after controlling for prior achievement. Schools also showed a decline in office discipline referrals (ODRs) and out-of-school suspensions (OSS) over 3 years.
