Evidence-Based Resources for Improved School Health and Academics
The purpose of this site is to identify Evidence-Based Initiatives that have an impact on school health and academic outcomes. Initiatives and Resources found on this website are based on the Whole School, Whole Community, Whole Child (WSCC) model.
By clicking on the “Evidence-Based Initiatives” tab, you will be able to search and identify Evidence-Based Practices by the following characteristics: Priority Topic, School level (elementary or secondary), School Locale, WSCC Area and Type of Initiative. Each search result will provide a description of the initiative that was implemented, the study results, the article reference, the level of evidence, and a link to the website for resources and/or program used in the study (if available).
